Vert is serving the ask at .01----The rest are "out to lunch"
and take turns at the #1 serving spot, as they see fit, amongst themselves. Sometimes multiple mm's will serve at the same time (all at the same price) If they are not in the lead position, they are not serving. (except through the lead mm)
Usually, whomever is in the lead, has the best price to offer.
