From this press release it seems to me that BDGR might have grounds to file a lawsuit against this Lou person. I can see monetary damage, securities fraud, wire fraud and possible racketeering here. He seems to have caused a delay in this new deal we are hoping for. Isn't this Lou one of the guys Spunkyknight has asked shareholders to vote for? Correct me if I am wrong.
