Can't help but wonder if the bureaucracy might not have been so bad were this an American company as opposed to a joint Korean/Canadian venture. In either event, the proof has apparently been provided, all the proper paperwork submitted and all questions answered. When you play by the rules, there should be a timely reward for your efforts.
