nerd86 that is the mistake many made in regard to this company...
The company told us they had the opportunity to respond in writing to a Wells Notice. We also know that for years the company has used every minor opportunity to put out "overly promotional" press releases. So it is logical to conclude, if they had submitted a response, we would have heard about it in their usual grandious manner. We also know there are those on this board who seem to have a pipeline to inside information, and they have not mentioned it.
This is the same type of "logical" evidence that helped me decide they never would get the money from Internafta. They really weren't doing anything with NASA. Those Centerline revenues were suspect. The Mexican JV was having problems... etc... etc... etc... etc... etc... etc....
I noticed you seem to be doing a little better in this regard...
They may still choose to submit a reply to the Wells Notice, but I don't think they have done it yet. If they had I think they would have hyped it like everything else!
