Wrong, had nothing to do with TCG. It is between Seagate, Dell and Wave Systems.

Where do you come up with this stuff? You make it sound as fact. Do you have a link to support your FACT?

Wave gets the bundling fee because THEY are bundled and not Secude.

Ask yourself a question: Why would a PC OEM want to bundle SECUDE into the platforms?

The TCG framework requires TPM, ETDM, EEE and the rest of the client applications. Such a universal platform (ETS) is required on the client so that the industry can build and implement vertically oriented trust services.

A BROAD platform is required! Anything less will not do for the PC OEMs. We will only have competition once somebody else provides an equally broad platform across all TPMs, all brands of hardware encrypting disks, all the necessary server tools and, last but not least, preboot authentication functioning across all OSs.

... oh, and not to forget that the mobile space will need to be interoperable form a commercial services point of view (TrustZone, Intel LaGrande/TXT, "Danbury" on the fly encryption and key management etc.)

... and there is much more.

Frankly the discussion is getting tiresome. Before continue the discussion study what TC is all about.
