marsnvest, Im pretty sure that you are confused on that, if I remember correctly, the decree was that Lanza would not violate either of the securities acts or trade in unregistered securities, I dont remember anything about limiting his ability to use equity financing in a legal manner, if Im incorrect, please feel free to post the relevant part of the order.
