well, that would make a little more sense to me, what you stated that is. that could be why there is no effective date on there probably because they wont put it into effect until AFTER they merge with that other company just to stay safe incase the deal goes south and that other company doesnt get 2 billion shares.

Wow!!! very impressed can anyone put it better than you did, GREAT POST, like I said this is only good news, the MERGER ANNOUNCEMENT should be around the corner!!!. And like I said before they are restricted, they are not coming into the float anytime soon.
