I just read it at that site and it does say what you said. What I noticed that raises my suspicion to it's veracity is the way multiple letters are raised above the centerline of each sentence. It appears to have been typed on an old fashion Manual typewritter with definite quirks. Or perhaps, as in Rather-gate, someone is presenting a falsified document with intentional errors in the script. Heck, with today's technology someone could take my picture and superimpose a mansion in the Bahamas to send to the IRS. Then I'd have some 'spainin' to do. LOL I will reserve my judgement UNTIL it is stated by the company or added to their website!!!

you must be using a special website because i do not see a "inquire by entity name". i chose the next thing and that was "inquire by name" and that shows nothing about the A/S being raised. im not sure what you were looking at but the path you told people to take doesnt exist from what i see.

also, it wouldnt make sense for them to say they are going to do a buyback and then raise the A/S. like someone else posted, they would have more lawsuits than they could handle.
