I think this new Board is not in place. I spoke to legal and from what I was told (per the reading of Delaware law) the original board is still valid and holding office. Spunk is incorrect on the information he is posting per a Securties Attorney who seems to know the law.

marsnvest, I will take you up on your regularly repeated offer to ask the Judge, I will try to call Judge Kennedys chambers (202-354-3350) this week to ask if your assertions about Judge Kennedys views on this subject are as you keep declaring they are, and since I want to make sure that I don't take you out of context, Ive assembled all of the posts where you mention the judge into an email which I will send off to his staff, Ill be sure to report back here with any answers or reactions that I get from his office on your declarations.

why did the new board go to oil city and get a local judge to affirm the Delaware order that they had control of the company and get all the company records and company property that was in Joe office building. they should have local police there to help them do this. if this had been done, Joe could issue more stock and sold oil reserve and made deal with some one for deep right and the company.
