First things first ARTHRITIS60: I have no reason to post here and to be abused or accused of anything. I follow the stock and have invested a substantial amount of money over the years. I have kept my thoughts to myself for a long time now, but today is different. I stepped out and finally have commented and raised a question as to how trading and price fluctuation could have been so great prior to the 4th quarter announcements. It is amazing that you again appear to make like I am a hater of IDCC. I don't hate IDCC, what I hate is that I am an upfront type person who feels he is not being told information on a level playing field as the "Lucky Few" who tend to get information before it is ever released for you or I to react to if we were to choose to. But we don't get that opportunity because we all know that stocks drop on news all the time, it's just a matter of knowing the news beforehand like others. How do you explain a drop of over $4.00 prior to the open or the 4th quarter release. If you think that is fair business then you sir should live in a cave.
