Yes, just a couple of other thoughts.

Institutional buying will not come to the fore until the stock breaches +$5......would that be about right?

Went to the Compaq site and followed a little of the CC this-afternoon. Protocol would usually dictate that any announcement comes from them first, and then Transmeta says 'Wise choice Sir. Would you care for HP Sauce on those chips, or would Sir care for a little tomatoe?'
