Frizzell and West are doing something. The question I have raised is whether anything they do 3 years after the certs were issued to Eton can possibly be effective. If the proceeds from the sale of the certs weren't laundered through the account years ago, they will be long gone by the end of this month.
The information at the Nevada Secretary of State's office shows Eton Properties is an active corporation and Harvey Makaiwi (BTW probably a "Jack" Mormon like some of the Jensens and many of the scamsters in ECNC who has a questionable past) is shown as the only director, officer and registered agent. But, the question is whether Eton now has any assets. I bet it doesn't.
