#42118 RE: eik #42117

Agreed eik. BUT if that is the case, then any money that was made in the public division needs to be still in the public's coffers or at least accounted for being used in the public's realm. Also, any shares that have been dumped, the proceeds also must be shown going into the public side. The parent can't be just skimming money from the public if the contention is that the public is an entity of it's own and American investors truly own a share of the actual company.

I think you may get your audit, but it will be the usual weak wishy washy Russian garbage that wouldn't pass grade school accounting standards missing most of the pertinent details, well you know the kind of garbage these companies usually put out.

My main concern would be .....well just break it down to the basics.
Malyshev and the Russians had a company, supposedly making money. They were scammed by NDOL who supposedly misrepresented their assets and in turn the Russians got scammed out of what...40 percent of their company? (I don't know the exact number off hand). So the Russians got burned out of a good portion of their company and now they for some unknown reason care about these American investors who owned a portion of the company that scammed them and want to give them value. I find that difficult to believe. It's much easier to conclude that they knew exactly what they were doing and as I said before dilution at these levels should lead anyone to conclude that the value of the assets aren't close to what they say, production isn't close to what they say, or they aren't really assigning any real value to the shares of the public company other than that of a piggy bank. I would lean more to the third angle but any are possible.

Common sense says they wouldn't dilute while the company's value is what, $3 million bucks? They'd be buying the shares hand over fist instead of 'possibly' buying a few but selling far far more...and they have been selling, you have to admit that. It just wouldn't be that way if they really assigned any legitimate value to the public. I just can't get away from the common sense approach to these things....it's a curse ;-)
