Although, the private/public problem and confusion does exist (and was discussed to death here), theoretically, it's pretty easy: there are two Saratov divisions that legally belong to the public NWOG Inc. All the audit needs to do is to check those branches and produce a consolidated results. The private SZNG is not being audited together with public NWOG. So, if Malyshev wants to prove to you that something here is really different from "any pink sheet board with the same dreams", he has to produce US GAAP audit papers first. Let's concentrate on this for now. I believe the audit results are coming.
