I would think, if they are allowed to buy, then they can also sell......I had similar thoughts as those voiced by Ride2retirement....

BTW, seems most people don't buy the "unsolicited" label of this deal.....(and the address the letter was sent to seems to support this theory, since its not the official one named in SEC filings.....or maybe they didn't trust the UPS store!!!)

so, if you think there is misinformation or deceit in the basic statement, why would it stop there?????.....then there's Lee II, the convicted fraudster....same Lee II listed on FCE site, but now not????....what's that smell???

in short, yes, IMO, stock price is being manipulated......Inter-Americas is private, they didn't HAVE to say anything, just file +5% threshold filings....(which, as people have noticed, seems lacking around here for several parties which would be thought to be above 5% by now, if there wasn't any stock "disposal").....
