corporate headquarters where bv and jv promised if they stick in there they would be paid. unfortunately they both lied, no one was paid or has been to this date, i am told. i am just trying to ride this out to try to recoup at least half of my investment at this point.

Personally I think he's smart if he hasn't invested $$$'s. If a store he invests in as a franchise doesn't do well under the "Unique Pizza and Subs" name if he's done his homework he can convert to a Mom and Pop.....like they did in Cambridge.
Just because JV throws his name around and how well he did in the stock market doesn't mean he's put any money into the operations of UPZS, other than buying stock for speculation.
So in direct response to your question.....unless he's been delegated to a role like that in UPZS, JV is the major shareholder and without his approval I don't think anyone can take a role he doesn't invite them to take. Flip side is Fidler may not want to be a manager. Way TOO MUCH work.....
