I have been holding long on this stock and checking in every now and then. I hate to hear what is happening with UPZS. They have soo much potential. My question is why wouldn't Fidler step up and take over in management? Doesn't he have a lot of money invested in this company?

Another question is who are these employees that were not paid? Did they work for the corporate headquarters or from a franchise?
