ok so what is the solution to the sec problem? There is obviously a reason there is a problem and nobody is saying what it is. Why do other companies get approved and we dont? If i were in charge i would be finding a company that had success getting approved and copy what they did. Why sit around and be reactive instead of proactive? Unless they know the problem and just arent saying. There is something that isnt right. In my opinion

"I feel that it isn't the product or the team that is lacking to get funding. I think that investors are scared to deal with a company under SEC investigation. IMO. My investment is with a little money that I can afford to loose but for those to invest millions to a company that the SEC will not give a thuumbs up is too risky for them. JMHO."

Well A/Cguy we will have to wait till another year since 2007 is history!!! All we can do is pray,hope,wish or what ever it takes for something to happen in 2008. Everyone Have A Happy New Year.
