I feel that it isn't the product or the team that is lacking to get funding. I think that investors are scared to deal with a company under SEC investigation. IMO. My investment is with a little money that I can afford to loose but for those to invest millions to a company that the SEC will not give a thuumbs up is too risky for them. JMHO.
