mark...I absolutely agree with you, and it would seem the market does as well. As much as HRCT has in the past communicated with s/h's, there still has always been a disconnect between plans, promises, and performance, esp. in terms of promised timing. And that wears on the market--anyone looking in to HRCT trying to get a comfort level about investing here--as well as present s/hs.
That is why I also feel it is critical for HRCT to spin off the dividends to s/hs as they have promised from eternity...whether to do it or not to do it is better businesswise (I happen to feel BOTH would work out just fine for HRCT), finally following thru on promises to s/hs is MORE crucial going forward for investor loyalty and potential investors' respect of mgmt's word.
