#4021 RE: Scrooge McDuck #4018

Scrooge, I don't think your beating the subject to death. Thats what we do here is talk about stocks that are moving, sinking, jumping. Staying the same, whatever and why. I think it is a matter of opinion and apples and oranges both. There are alot of different cases to look at objectivly. Tke a look at IR firms who don't own the company and their workers know what type of news coming good and bad and tell a family mamber or buy and sell a stock themselves based on that info they are going to release. We see it happen day in and day out. I just think there are alot of different ways to look at it is what I am saying. Weather it is a IR firm or people in the company or investores outside the company. I know a guy from these boards that told me flat out and he told the SEC flat out that someone he knew at a IR firm was telling him which stock they were going to start pumping. He told the SEC because the company ripped him off but thats another story. However he proved it by showing up on those message boards before they pump began. He even knew what type of PR's were coming. SEC did nothing. Why, because he was joe blow nobody. If his name was Martha Stewart(Which would have been silly because he is a guy) and the SEC could make it look like they are doing something because it was a well published case I am sure something would have happened.

As far as the Simulators from OXFV. I would think someone would have contacted the company by now that is a share holder. I think it would be in the best interest of that company to dispute the claims that are flying around out there. Did they recieve a letter or not? I don't know. As we both know rumor mills can hurt a stock on these boards and help a stock.I think the company needs to stand up and say the claim is not true if it isn't.
