It's nice to hear PXD has been caught for this kind of action before in Kansas. I hope they can use PXD's "rap sheet" against them.......bad boy bad boy what ya gunna do!
Very nice post and great information. I am hoping that the trust will become "operational again" and the unit holders will be paid dividends periodically. It would be great to get a nice steady stream of income every month or quarter. I think "burp" gave us an example of a trust that pays out almost every month. I think during their last month they paid about .19 per share. I'd love to see something like that for MOSH shareholders.
If we win the lawsuit or get a large settlement, is there a good chance that MOSH will begin operating again and the wells come back online?
