MBR.....I read and re-read that release about 100 times because quite frankly I was pissed myself that day but found there was a sudilty[sp] that I had missed in my prior readings......
"announced today that a large number of investors who hold about 55 million of restricted common shares of Hartcourt have agreed to extend the restriction period of their Rule144 restricted shares for another year."
It didn't say all, it said a large number.......therefore those others still had the intention of filing and not holding the extra year. HRCT could not make "all" of them hold....I'm just thankful that according to them they convinced "A Large Number" to hold.
