I think they most likely come direct from NITE and are phantom shares.

stangBS, I'd be interested: what is your opinion on the frequency RVGD makes the Reg SHO list? Why were we flagged YET AGAIN yesterday?

Also, stangBS, I'm interested on your theories as to where the shares came from on the retrace from .06 to .0025 and from .0345 to .0055?

I'm a little fuzzy on that...but I'm pretty sure there was NO DILUTION on either of those retraces. Yeah, that's EXACTLY RIGHT, actually. But do you know what there was ALOT of on both those retraces: SHORT SELLING.
