It just sounded to me like he was insinuating something sinister.....but I didn't know?...that's why I asked what his point was.

I always try to think in the simplest terms. I also always try to assume honesty....but I keep and eye out for possible scams.

When I see this situation....I see the simple fact that Panamainians are there. They can easily deposit and withdrawl money in person. Plus they don't have US laws which are contraty to law 25 to deal with.
Until they get everything in place to make the PDR exchange fully liquid for us.....there is no point in drawing attn. to what is commonly viewed as a mess buy some...and a scam by many.
Yes....they would benifit and in fact need US investment dollars....however....how much big money is going to invest in the PDR exchange when they can't withdrawl they're money?
How many of us would have invested if we had know we'd be sitting here wondering what is going on 6 months later?
Everything going forward depends on full liquidity....we know that ...and the company knows that.
Until they achieve full liquidity...they will keep things quiet here in the US. After full liquidity is achieved...all hell is going to break loose!

The fact that Panamanians are trading on the exchange is a very positive sign that liquidity is very close for us.

I do think we could see a spike in sp once the exchange is fully liquid.....but the real questions is.... how many shares will be available before the float is gone?
I have always believed they don't want to reward flippers, or bashers for that matter. I think they want as much of the float gone as possible before the exchange is made liquid.
That time is going be here very soon.
