I think what he's saying is that there may be a reason behind them not wanting to have all eyes on the PDR Exchange here in the US. Why, I don't know, I can only assume.
Seeing they allow locals in Panama to send money into the exchange and start trading PDR's, why is it that US money is no good for the same transactions?
I would have to imagine that the Exchange would benefit from having US money involved rather than just press releasing material events of the Exchange in other countries. I've heard some here say they do not want to drive up PNMS's PPS. Well, that's not what it would do, it would make everyone aware of an Exchange platform ready to be used as an investment tool.
I guess that would make too much sense though......
