well anyway,
looks like somebody is there to buy all the shares.

If this was a normal pink sheet scam, the stock would already be in the subpenny.

Ive seen it before, the drop from 10 cents to 1 cent happens really fast.

From 10 cents to 1 cent is a 90% drop. EFFC is down exactly 90% since when I started posting here. As you said it's nothing more than a normal pink sheet scam.
