Actually what I want to see is a filing about this. I wanna know how long these shares are restricted. I wanna know what kind of "investors" these financiers are. I don't want to see a convertible financing or anything alike. Basically 17 cents is positive.
If this deal is planned for a couple of weeks or longer already you may know whats behind this massive dumping lately. I can certainly imagine that these new financing guys wanted to get as much shares as possible for their 4.5 million dollars and on the pinks it's more than likely that that they found a mm who helped them bring down the share price over the last couple of weeks. The mm's could have brought the share price down during market hour and settle any trades afterhours and sure got a lot of help from the past shell owners whith their selling until the deadline.
Just pure speculation but I wouldn't be surprised to hear about this on the pinks.....
