I think one MAJOR problem that prevents this stock from going up is the fact that big time brokers (Scottrade being one of them) does not let you place an on-line order...they require you to call them. I know this is true with Scottrade because I tried to buy some more, but I received an error stating I need to contact a service rep. So, what did I do? I didn't buy.
I've heard others mention the same thing about other major brokers as well. This does not seem legal to me, or at least does not seem right, but I'm not sure what you can do about it. I don't understand why they would care if I put my entire account balance into it and I lose it? No skin off their back...Anyway, I think this one problem is at least one of the contributors to PAVC having ZERO buying pressure and thus, sitting where it is today.
