speculative comment?

We are very interested in the speculative comment brought up by this individual about Sequiam not being registered in the state of Texas. I do hope this individual realizes his posts are being monitored as well. Surely he "Knows"

Analystslie I surly hope that comment was made by Sequiam......... Did they tell you that? or is that made up from your own words?

Speculative, no.....simply call the Texas State Securities Board and ask them for yourself whether Sequiam is or is not registered in the State of Texas. While you are at it also ask if it is a red flag if they are not. The answers are a simple yes or no, no hypobull..........

(512) 305-8300

And while you are directing posters here to consider me a scam, maybe they should read the information on the below link\website and make the call and decide for themselves, all you have to do is ask right. I will await anyones prompt reply to this being actual fact or not.

As far a Sequiam, there conference call was not even close to the hype being served up among a group of posters here, and yes we are all being watched. With that I have nothing to hide as some here may and ignorance of the laws will not serve for an excuse.

Check out what I have posted here, I do have verifiable proof and it started with a cast aluminum box called the BioVault 2.0 and a fake video being circulated around in the background with an Asian chick depicted beating this box numerous times with a hand sledge hammer or Power Point Projections stating revenue projections that were over 12X earnings!

Safe Harbor doesn't protect these issues.

Analystslie,
I think that those who question the integrity and ethical abilities of Sequiam management, with staff from Intel, Microsoft, and 3Com among others, are playing with fire.
And without gloves.
Innuendo about potential sanctions and the like are welcome, because it is only furthering the evidence gathered for potential court action against such individuals.
The products are good, the companies backing it are real, the deals are real, the revenues coming from them are real.
Next year will be Sequiam's best year yet. And this quarter is going to be pretty darn good too.
IMO/FWIW
