Exactly, Low key and no hype. This was the message I took from Sequiam's SQUM publicly announced conference call previously announced for all to attentd. No hype and No "Rose Colored Glasses"

For the record, a particular individual on this board has indicated they have contacted the SEC and other authorities to monitor Sequiam. Everyone "Knows" who it is!

We are very interested in the speculative comment brought up by this individual about Sequiam not being registered in the state of Texas. I do hope this individual realizes his posts are being monitored as well. Surely he "Knows"

Let me add, I do feel Blue Sky Laws govern solicitation of securities more as it applies to Broker Dealers and individual brokers but I will leave this open for debate. For the record, I've copied some info concerning Blue Sky Registration requirements.

I feel Sequiam is abiding by all of these terms and the individual that brought this up has an agenda all of his own. By doing so he is opening himself up to liabilities due to his continued obsession on following and posting fraudulent information which in many cases we have found to be outright lies, untrue, while he has coordinated an outside agenda by contacting others to support his claims while this poster supports a bona-fide fraudulent company which is not Sequiam although he is the moderator of another board with a hypocritical viewpoint. Evidently, all of his actions and posts are allowed thru IHUB via the IHUB TOU Agreement which he emphatically uses as supportive evidence to support his efforts when we correct this poster when he is wrong and spams the Sequiam board.

Again, not mentioning any names but 99% of the readers on this board "know" who he is, the company he supports whos CEO has been indicted as well as incarcerated as well as the coordinated efforts he has instigated from other posters on other message boards to support his agenda due to an outright agenda to hype stocks not worthy of hype. There is bona-fide evidence on more one occasion that this particular individual coordinates a conversation amongst himself to support his view!

Otherwise this poster would wisen up and "Know" better. This poster should "Know" that he should provide more info concerning Blue Sky Registration Requirements and trust me his posts are being monitored as well!

Blue Sky Laws

Every state has its own securities laws—commonly known as "Blue Sky Laws"—that are designed to protect investors against fraudulent sales practices and activities. While these laws can vary from state to state, most states laws typically require companies making small offerings to register their offerings before they can be sold in a particular state. The laws also license brokerage firms, their brokers, and investment adviser representatives.

Blue sky laws are state regulations that govern the sale of securities in an attempt to safe guard investors from fraud. The blue sky laws in each state vary in the specific details, but all states require securities, brokers, and brokerage firms to be registered with the state. Although the SEC is the most common enforcer of regulations against fraudulent practices, the states also have the power to go after violators of its anti-fraud, or blue sky, laws. Recently, the state’s authority and power to limit and restrict the sale of securities has declined as not to be duplicative of the federal regulations of the SEC. States are still able to investigate potential fraud and maintain their notice and filing requirements.

There is much more security for investors these days than in the past. The government goes to great lenths to protect the public from fraudlent investments. It is still important not to solely rely on the state and federal regulations to protect you. Research and awareness is the key to being a smart investor and to not get taken advantage of by deceitful investments.
