i think once it becomes clear that the shares are really retired or are used in some sort of financing deal to open a bunch of stores things will get better. remember, the PR announcing the share retirement mentioned that they now have, "negotiation opportunity to raise capital while focusing on the opening of the new stores".
The apparent big dumper(s) over the last couple of days obviously slowed things down too...
