Most wells have come back online in the last few months, these wells will begin to produce royalties for the trust sometime early next year. The Midway well, which is the subject of the lawsuit has been producing off and on for the last couple of years. It seems they have now worked the kinks out and it is or should be back online soon. Since there is a dispute in what the exact breakdown is to PXD, Woodside, and MOSH (the trust) these monies are being held in escrow. So to answer your question, yes this money should be available one the lawsuit is settled IMO.
