I am aware that mistakes can be made.....

But the person who points out the mistake and proves it beyond a shadow of a doubt shouldn't be chastised.

The people who need to be chastised are the people who made the mistake (if it is proved to be a simple mistake) in the first place.

I wonder....if crash never pointed out the error, would GTEM have just let the "mistake" continue on? Let the longs who never question anything the company publishes continue to "crow" about the wonderful pictures from the airship?

you hit the nail on the head there glow - how could they be that dumb? lets be real...a company that would lie about something like this would be in a world of hurt: probably get itself kicked off of a major exchange, get themselves investigated by the SEC and probably would lie about other things, like large 600 million dollar contracts...no company would be that dumb.

Zoom from the airship camera would be my guess.
