I agree. Why not sell less at higher pps, then more at lower levels which in-turn brings down their funding capabilities in the future.

In other words, I highly doubt they are/would be funding themselves, especially this aggressivley. I believe it was a large holder bailing out or a flipper with big bank.

Well, how do you know that? THey may have been hoping for a higher PPS as well, but if they "NEED" the money to put merchandise in the stores thay may have to do it now. You dont really expect them to personally fund this forever do you? Seems to me that they have personally funded 1 entier store and at least a couple of leases.
