If you look at the chart it seams it between 50 & 200 DMA now and as past reports it needs to break .004 and stay above it.JMO



but in this chartt it's well over sold you make the call

Doogle: IVOC looks close here, will need some huge vol to get it going up again, its been in a consolidation mode for awhile now, a consistent close about 004 would be very good, but so far it hasnt been able to sustain.MACD does look like its about to cross, but gotta get the other indicators up, its always on my watch list.
