There no down side to this stock in the long run.A new trustee they now have the money to continue with the legal action.Almost 100% chance of being a winner here.

It would be awesome if we got news about the resumption of monthly royalty payments first and let that stew...bring us up to about 3 bucks a share...then reactivate a few more wells....maybe then 6-7 bucks a share....then the 1.2 bill rolls in....could happen.....really could happen....
