Not that I am aware of. I am surprised that it is not even in the Raging Bull column. This indicates that it is still pretty unknown. In fact I came across it a couple of months ago but it never crossed my mind that Gen Media and Penthouse was one and the same organisation and I didn't bother to check further until last week. With the financing secured where the creditors are to be paid in full, the Judge will approve the reorganisation paving the way for Gen Media to return to the control and ownership of PHSL. We will be OK but a bit of patience is needed here because the main street investors are pretty unaware of this stock and the big boys will only go in after the legal papers are signed and sealed.
