They have published an interview with the AquaGold CEO that hinted of more mergers and more contracts ahead after the R/M with ONMC...

this new letter is a follow-up of more interview time...

might be co-ordinated with AquaGold ready to make more PRs releases to "confirm" anything said in the update of the EDS letter.
