There will always be exceptions to the process. For those who have tried to become a part of the exchange throughout the seven months, but have hit multiple roadblocks, we continue to extend an open line of communication to work through the issues. There are always special instances for those who have proven to be loyal and long, but admittance into the exchange and Fundacion Pan America will no longer be an assurance.
I do beleive that. I don't think they want us to sell PDRs and flip them into more shares and convert again....so in a case where one of us tries that...I think our request may be denied. I honestly believe they want the float fully converted to PDRs....so....they will always allow members in good standing to convert. (I hope so)....I have a fairly large batch of certs I've been trying to get since 9-21 !! The delay was my brokers fault....(they told me I'll get them soon??)
