The bid has been changing and I am on Scottrade.
It was .10, then .095, now .103.

i have scottrade as well. they're f'd up some of the time. you have to refresh your streaming quotes. their level two isn't so great either. they are changing their quote vendor this month to Ruetter's (sp). hopefully that will improve the service.
