I got your message. I'm not questiong you I was simply pointing out that your previous e-mail was confirmed. I'm sorry if it seemed to come off the wrong way. I just wanted it to be clear you have received real e-mails before the spin doctors start trying to push their work. I'm long SPZI for over a year now and looking for next few weeks ahead from XXIS and SPZI.

So basically what some are saying is that SPZI owns 120 million shares from XXIS while the o/s from XXIS is around 1 million? Hmm, yeah that sounds very logical. I still say we will have hundreds of hundreds of million shares o/s on XXIS and we will trade around a cent or lower when everything is said and done that means at the end of the first trading day with the new company.
