There is no proof of whatever you're saying, just FUD. Where's your proof that this will trade under a cent now? No proof? I thought so.

We know that the O/S will probably be much higher than 1 mil, because otherwise there will not be enough shares for SPZI to own. However, since we don't know the SS, making such pessimistic price predictions is just pointless bashing.
