its really an extended period of speculation and never ending comments and issues that no one can resolve. If the company comes clean, and they follow through on what appears to be very lucrative plans, then one of the opposing parties will change plans. this is an easy "kick em while they are down" period and dont take much to win approval on the negative side or throw stones. I think they are going to stun shareholders in a positive way, IMO IMO its off to the movies I go.
