Filing said all management addresses are "in care of" Lott's address in GA. That's how i read it. To me that means send all correspondence to Lott in GA.
My point is that Lott has always used Palo Alto, CA as his official business address, for Pluginz, Inc. and Pluginz, LLC. His apparent home address is also in Palo Alto, CA.
The new company name, DnC Multimedia, is already incorporated in DE. Why incorporate in GA too as DnC Multimedia? Doesn't a business register for incorporation with a State to operate in that State?
Planetlink Communications is registered in GA because that was residence of former CEO.
