depends on the terms of the agreement. no shylock rates(loanshark). then i say yes.

Funding ok, because the company could build credit. That means someone believes in the company, and as another posters said, it would be a huge PR. IMO.
Now, down the line, revenues need to catch up, and these debts need to be paid off, if they are debts, and not stake int he company.
