The extra shares that have some into play in the last 18 months haven't come in too fast. There hasnt been any recently, but they will need more money, and we dont know how long location 1 will take to produce a good profit, yet.

Regardless, If Dr. Ben pulls off some great hype with celebs & major media, it could still spike like mad.

I am suggesting that the company has been a major seller over the past thirty days. If they have not been increasing the number of outstanding shares then they have been increasing the "float" by selling shares out of the company treasury. For weeks after the announcement of the new Tampa location, there was a major seller keeping the stock restricted to a maximum of 0.10 and trading in a range of 0.07 to 0.10. That seller sold millions of shares in that range, after the announcement of good news, so his cost basis must have been very low. That wasn't retail selling, especially after the announcement that Tampa would open by the end of the year. Retail buyers were accumulating. After the Dec 18th date was named, the stock was allowed to rise gradually for few days peaking last Monday at about 0.28. I am suggesting that the stock would have risen faster and higher over the last month if not for the presence of a major seller controlling the price rise. Of course it is in the company's own interest to sell shares at a higher price but they need to limit and time the rise to keep retail buyers in buying mode rather than selling in competition with them. Retail buyers are now focused on Dec 18th and not inclined to sell after the recent price rise. As for my second point about anticipated "pops", I refer you to AAGH which launched the much anticipated chinese version of the TV show "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" in China last Sept. 29th. The stock rose strongly going into that date, reaching a peak of about 0.35. It sold off sharply the following day and has declined steadily to less than 0.10 today.
