The TA has been 'gagged' all year. Most TAs dont release the information and they advise you to contact the company directly. The share count on Dec 5th is the same as it was in September. So your suggesting dilution since December 5th? The stock performance doesnt 'suggest dilution'.
Look at the CMF on the chart. That is always a good indicator. If there was dilution CMF would not be at an all time high. People are accumulating shares.
Clearly you have no idea what you are talking about.
