There's no way the O/S value is 40mil.... Today alone Cbay traded 121mil shares. That means the entire float changed hands 3 times today alone. I doubt that. Maybe there are a huge load of shorts?? or maybe its being axed??

Joe, to that I would say that there is no Rizvi. I don't want to rehash the Rizvi-pawson controversy. You can read some of the historical posts here if you want more info on that, as I suspect the board doesn't want to hear about it either.

Remember pawson still has those 50:1 shares. I/O? Sorry, I don't recognize that abbreviation. We don't know what the true share count is, possibly somewhere between 285M and 8B. Like you, I have also seriously thought about getting control, but determined that the liabilities were too great to make that feasible. I still think about it, but in the end I just would not want CBAY's liabilities even if the company were given to me. If you could figure out a way to do this, I'm sure we would all be supporting in your endeavor.
