Thats not real fair even if they arent a scam and Im still not sure they brought all this crap on. With everthing else thats happened these AH trades with out any explanation from EFFC.

You're right. Enron and Worldcom's execs are all no name executives from God-knows-where. Are you saying that even mentioning the words "Claude Lemay" means that the company is not a scam? Who is this "Claude Lemay" dude, God?

Newsflash: what an CEO did doesn't help determine whether a company is a scam or not. We know any CEO of any company must be an honest, upstanding character, right? ROFL.
